indie…what does it mean?

The term “indie” dates back to the 1960′s and was used to describe a new genre of music that was emerging.  A mixture of pop, rock and roll and a slight dash of R&B.  The lyrics of the songs were often inspired by peace, love and anti-war thoughts.  Fast-forward to 2010 and you will find the term is used for music, books, film, artists, designers, clothing, craft.  This is our interpretation…
