decisions, decisions…
scared to death to leave the logo design to a single firm…i elected to put it out for bid. i was hesitant, but this particular site was different than most. designers were actually going to start designing and i would get to coach them along. now, i am not a control freak, but i loved this concept! a little more blue…left, just a hair…too much…perfect!
a close friend of ours (a graphic designer and owner of dulcet design) turned us onto the competition site but a few days into the process, she had not joined the race. i hounded her a bit, but nothing. it was crazy. i was up half the night checking to see what great things the designers were coming up with and i couldn’t resist providing feedback. i honestly was not sure that i would make it to the end…i was exhausted!
finally our friend, laureen, submitted her design and she had nailed it…it was absolutely perfect!
the bidding process was fun and i learned a lot from it but next time…i’m saving my energy, getting some rest and leaving the design work in laureen’s creative hands…thanks, laureen and dulcet design!
