Spring has always made me a bit antsy and this year is no different.  Now that festival season is officially in swing, we are bringing our handcrafted goodness to a neighborhood near you!  As much as I love our beautiful space in Virginia Highlands, I need more variety and to be out in the community.  I love meeting new folks as well as spending time with those of you who I have already had the pleasure of sharing time and stories with.  I hope you will continue to follow our travels and keep your eyes open for our next big adventure!  If you are in the market for a special gift and cannot wait til we make our way to your neighborhood, shoot us an email and we will be happy to schedule an appointment to meet you at the shop.

Last weekend we were sewing in the streets of EAV (East Atlanta Village) and this weekend, we’re back at Bumble Bee Press for the annual Inman Park Festival…one of my favorites!  Jess and I have just about got our little “pop-up shop” ready to go, so we certainly hope you will drop by over the weekend.  To keep up with the weekend’s festivities, make sure to follow us on Facebook.

Bumble Bee Press is a letterpress studio owned and operated by my good friend, Julie Franklin, who has been so gracious to open her place to us.  The studio is located at 1025 Edgewood Ave, Atlanta, GA  30307, (next to One Eared Stag).  Our hours will coincide with the street market; Saturday and Sunday from 11 to 6.  Hope to see you there!

‘Til what?  Summer Camp, that’s what!  I cannot believe that Summer is just around the corner.  Seems like most of you guys just returned from Spring Break.  I however haven’t had my break yet, but do not worry, we are taking care of that in the next couple of weeks and when I get back, it will be full steam ahead to Summer Camp.

We have extended the number of sessions and the age ranges this year in hopes that you will be able to find a spot.  And Stefanie and I are really looking forward to spending time with the older kids.  We have a really cool project we are working on for them…but we are not telling, not yet anyways.
